Rental Policies
Our goal is to rent clean, well maintained, attractive homes and apartments to responsible tenants. Unless specifically mentioned in a listing, or unless special arrangements have been made, the following conditions are included in all our leases.

* The damage deposit will be equal to one months rent but can be paid in two equal installments. The first half is due when the lease is signed and the second half is due no more than ten days later.

* We check credit and references for ALL applicants. We charge a $30.00 non-refundable application fee for EACH adult applicant. If you have had some problems, let us know about them when you apply. We can probably work with you if you are up-front about problems, but we REALLY hate surprises when we are checking your references and credit.

* Pets are negotiable, but NO aggressive breeds!

* We pay for water, sewer and trash on all apartments. We do not pay any utilities on rental houses.
